Training & Briefing

Team members endure a 4-stage hiring process. Induction training, regular training refreshers and are briefed for every single shift.

Sampling

We have team members and coordinators who are set up for distributing high numbers of samples in public locations.

With either digital (iPad) or pen and paper surveys, we have experience in customer surveys, communication surveys and surveys for the general public. Both simple and complex.

Bilingual Teams

We have significant experience in providing bilingual Brand Ambassadors, sampling teams and survey teams.
